Day 1: Tan Son Nhat Airport – Ho Chi Minh City

On this day, our tour guide and private car will pick you up at Ho Chi Minh airport, transfer you go to your hotel. Check in your hotel, free time to relax and explore Ho Chi Minh city. Sleep at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh –  Mekong Delta (B, L)

7h30 – 7h40: After having breakfast, check out your hotel, then our minivan and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and start the trip to My Tho. Arrive to My Tho town, visit Vinh Trang pagoda an oldest ancient one in Southern Vietnam. Known as the largest pagoda and the most special architecture in Mekong Delta. It’s architecture was influenced by Vietnamese culture and Khmer’s culture as well as European’s architecture

The morning trip continues on the motorized boat on the Tien river to the Qui (Tortoise islet). On the way, you will view the fishing port, stilt houses, boat-building workshops, the other Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet. The cruise will lead  you through Bao Dinh canal  to enter Ben Tre province, "the country of coconut", to see a typical agricultural model call "Garden - Pond – Cage” then enjoy coconut candy mill and the relaxing honey tea. Then the amazing rowing boat trip on the small canal - fully covered by the shadow of the water coconut’s  tree  and  cool breezes is something you can not miss. Lunch will be served right in the heart of the orchard garden. After lunch, we will walk along the village, visit fruit garden, enjoy the tropical fruit while you are listening to  the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music" performed by the islanders. Here we  also can join  the daily activities of the local people and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside.   

Your expectations will be fulfilled by final boat trip back to MyTho on the Tan Thach natural canal. 

Then take a short walking through the narrow village path to the bus and process to Can Tho city.

Arrive to Can Tho city, check in your hotel .Then the bus pick you up at hotel. Free time to relax and visit Can Tho city. Sleep at your hotel in Can Tho.

Day 3: Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (B, L)

After breakfast, check out your hotel, you first take the boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong River. The boat trip later takes you to the Cai Rang floating market, which is the most original ones  and bustling places of the region. Have you tried the Vietnamese vermicelli noodle? So, you will  go and see how it is made. After that, you will trek along the village to get in touch with the local people. Here, you have a chance to experience how to pass a "Monkey bridge" which is built by only one bamboo. Leaving the  village, you will go to visit My Khánh Tourist Village and have lunch there. Then, our bus will transfer you back  HCM City.

17h30: Drop you off your hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Check in your hotel. Free time to relax and visit Ho Chi Minh city. Sleep at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel (B,L)

7h30 Breakfast is service at the hotel.

8h30: Our tour guide and tourist bus/ minivan will pick you up go to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

Have lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, departure for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours car driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.

Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.

Then taking you back to your hotel.

17h00 – 17h30: Drop you off your hotel. You will have leisure time to visit Ho Chi Minh city. Sleep at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B)

After having breakfast, you will have free time to visit and shopping in Ho Chi Minh city, check out your hotel, get on your private car go to Tan Son Nhat Airport for catching your flight out.
