Day 1: Noi Bai Airport – Hanoi City

On this day my driver and private car will pick you up from Noi Bai Airport, transfer you go to your hotel in Ha Noi. Check in your hotel. Free time to relax and visit Ha Noi. Sleep at your hotel in Ha Noi. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 2: Hanoi – Street Food Tour & Water Puppet Show (B, L)

8h00: After having breakfast, free time to relax and visit Hanoi.

11h00: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel for street food tour and cycling around the trading area in Hanoi Old Quarter, which is said to be a microcosm of the city. Dating back to the 11th century, the Old Quarter has 36 streets, each named after the commodity traditionally produced and sold on it, such as sugar, bamboo, leather or silver. Even though some of streets have had their name changed, many still retain their ancient attributes. Start walking though narrow streets to Dong Xuan. Along the edge of the market, dozens of street hawkers sell produce, from live seafood to exotic fruits and spices. Your local English-speaking guide will give you an insight into traditional Vietnamese food culture, including details of ingredients and the historical background of popular northern dishes. Try seasonal fruits and sample a tasty French-inspired snack from a street cart as you go. Walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter, tickle your taste buds with famous Hanoi dish "Banh Cuon" at a local eatery. Watch in awe as the skilled chefs demonstrate how the tasty dish is put together.

Continuing into the atmospheric heart of the Old Quarter and wander past street stalls and quiet residential lanes where you can observe 1000 years of local life. Your next 2 snack stops are at outdoor barbecue stalls. Sit down with Hanoi locals and sample various meat, vegetable and bread specialties, flame-grilled over hot coals for extra flavor. For dessert, venture down a small alley to feast on fresh fruit served in a cup and smothered with crushed iced and condensed milk.

This is not one to be missed! Your local guide will then take you to one of Hanoi’s best-kept secrets — a hidden café with stunning views over the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake. This hard-to-find café is one of the few left in the city that still serves egg coffee, a scrumptious local delicacy that you will sample whilst admiring the hustle and bustle of the city center below. If coffee's not your thing, you can just as easily sample a cold beer! At the end, enjoy your water puppet theature, after that free to continue exploring the area on your own. Day 3: Hanoi – Hoa Lu  – Tam Coc  – Mua cave (B, L)

7h00 – 7h30: Breakfast is service at your hotel

7h30 – 8h00: Our limousine bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old quarter departure for Ninh Binh. You will have a short break on the half way for 30 minutes for relaxing.

10h30 – 10h40: You will reach to Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two kings in Chinese Wars.

11h50 – 12h00: Have a lunch with Vietnamese cuisine.

13h00 – 13h05: Get on the Limousine bus continue going to visit Tam Coc wharf for taking the sampan go along the Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc (three different caves), then biking tour around the countryside in Ninh Binh.

16h30 – 16h40: Get on your limousine bus back to Hanoi.

19h30 – 19h35: Drop you off your hotel. Free time to relax and visit Hanoi. Sleep at your hotel in Hanoi. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 4: Hanoi City Tour– Hanoi Train Street (B,L)

7h30 – 8h20: Breakfast is service at the restaurant.

8h00 – 8h30 Our tour guide and car will pick you up from your hotel to start the tour by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho - and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-palace Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, built by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi.

After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of west lake, then going to visit Ha Noi church.

12h30: You have lunch with Vietnamese cuisine at the restaurant.

After having lunch, you will go to visit Old train street, long Bien bridge and the red river, long ceramic wall. Finally, You’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart and soul of Hanoi and free time to shopping at Dong Xuan Market ( one of biggest market in Hanoi). Free time to relax and visit Hanoi. Sleep at your hotel in Hanoi. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay (B, L,D)

7h30 – 8h00: Breakfast is service at the hotel, then checking out your hotel

08h10 – 08h35 approx

- Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter

- Start 2,5-hour road journey via 5B highway on luxurious limousine

11h45 – 12h00 approx

- Arrive Tuan Chau marina, transferred by speedboat to Stellar of the Seas. Welcome aboard to our cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew on our cruise and join briefing and learn safety instruction.

- Set sail as lunch is served

12h30 – 17h00

- Join us for a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with indoor or outdoor dining area.

- Check-in your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind

- Continue cruising through Con Vit islet, Thumb islet and Gia Luan harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.

- Discover lagoon natural area belong to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for Kayaking or swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

- Heading back toward the sleeping area

Early evening

Gather around the sundeck for watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party with complimentary cocktails demonstration. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset or just relax in the seasonal swimming pool, or enjoy your time in our golf course or do the exercise at fitness area.

18h00: Join us for a short class of cooking demonstration. Our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. Here you will understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese

19h00: - BBQ dinner is served with fresh food menu outside of swimming pool area.

- After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, at wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: board games, movies, and squid fishing… or relaxing with massage services. Overnight on board.

Day 6: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village – Van Boi Beach ( B, L, D)

6h30: Join us for a Tai Chi session for the early risers on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands or you can choose to get lean with stationary bike or treadmill at our fitness area located by the golf course.  

07h30: Joining light breakfast in a panorama view of the world heritage site. After breakfast, enjoy your time for relaxing in amazing view of the Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing.

11h30 approx: Lunch is served before getting on the speedboat to explore some unique area where the main boat cannot go through.

13h15 approx: Transferred by the speedboat heading to Viet Hai Village.

Afternoon: Take the bicycle ride to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. We also visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. Back to the speedboat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

15h00: Arrive to a natural beach area for swimming, guest will pass through fish farm at the typical Lan Ha bay floating village.

Early evening:

- Back to Stellar of the Seas, take time to refresh or play some short game in our golf course or relax with massage services as we cruise to sleeping area. Dinner is served with different menu.

- After dinner reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, swimming pool, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our on-board activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant.

- Hot footbath with lemongrass and salt (optional). Overnight on board.

Day 7: Dark & Bright Cave – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Da Nang (B, L)

06h30: Join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck for early riser. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the new day.

07h00 – 7h45: Local light breakfast is served

08h00: - Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi)

- Take your option either exploring the cave by yourself on kayak or comfortably on local boat rowed by the locals.

09h30: Check-out the room

10h00: Vietnamese cuisine is served.

12h00: - Disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell, back to Tuan Chau Marina by our speedboat

- Transferred by luxurious limousine return to Hanoi

- Arrival back at your hotel approximately 15h00 – 15h30: Change to your private car go to Noi Bai Airport to catch your flight leave Hanoi to Danang around 19h30.

20h50: You will arrive Da nang, my driver will pick you up, transfer you go to your hotel in Danang. Check in your hotel in Danang. Free time to relax and visit Danang city. Sleep at your hotel in Danang. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 8: Danang  – Ba Na Hill – Golden Hand Bridge – Hoi An (B, L)

7h00: Breakfast is service at the hotel, check out your hotel.

07h30 – 08h00: Our minivan and tour guide pick you up at hotel lobby, transfer you to Ba Na. Reach Ba Na Hills via Cable Car Spend your time on the most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit Dream Stream Cable car Station and see the panorama of Quang Nam - Danang City on high.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit The Golden Bridge - which has the most exotic structure and also the world's most prominent pedestrian bridges highlighted by the British Guard newspaper, France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’amourn(consists of 9 gardens), Linh Ung pagoda.

Continue the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village - enjoy Street Music, watch Art’s statue , Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome ... Challenge the most popular adventure ride - Slide of Tube Car (free ride)…

Lunch at Restaurant (Buffet lunch). 15h00: Return to the Cable Car for leaving Ba Na Hills

16h45 – 17h45: Our minivan brings you to your hotel in Hoi An. Free time to relax and visit Hoi An. Sleep at your hotel in Hoi An. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 9: Hoi An Free Time (B)

After having breakfast, free time to visit Hoi An town. Sleep at your hotel in Hoi An. ( Hotel is not included).

Day 10: Danang – Cam Thanh Coconut – Basket Boat Ride – Hoi An Town (B, L)

7h00 Breakfast is service at the hotel in Hoi An, check out your hotel, leave your luggage at the hotel in Danang.

09h00: Our guide pick up at your hotel lobby and transfer to Cam Thanh fishing village.

09h30: Tranfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, meet local fishermen and experience the daily life

10h00 Take a bamboo basket boat on the Cam Thanh water coconut forest, have a brief introduction to the history there.

11h00 Join local fisherman on the river and enjoy hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing.

+ Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat race.

+ Explore the now peaceful coconut waterways of a past war.

+ Go catch the crabs, coconut mussel.

+ Make funny tools from coconut leaf.

+ Return fisherman house and welcome drink.

On this day, after having breakfast, you will have free time to relax and visit Hoi An town.

19h00: Get on your private car leave your hotel to Danang Airport to catch your flight at 11h00 Pm.
