Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa
20:00. Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotels in Hanoi, transfer to Hanoi Train Station for overnight train ride to Lao Cai. Overnight in cabin on train to Lao Cai.
Option 1: Day 2: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai (B, L, D)
Upon arrive at Lao Cai early in the morning. Pickup and transfer to your hotels in Sapa. After breakfast, start with the trekking tours in Sapa down to villages of hill tribe people living along Muong Hoa Valley in Sapa. Enjoy trekking through stunning rice terraces to Y Ling Ho Village, then Lao Chai.
Lunch is served in a local home in Lao Chai. After lunch, trekking to Giang Ta Chai Village, then up to Su Pan. Transfer back to your hotels in Sapa.
Free to explore Sapa Town. Overnight in hotels in Sapa. ( If you are lucky, you will meet love market is one of unique market of local people , it is only open on Saturday and Sunday night).
Option 2: Day 2: Cat Cat – Ham Rong Mountain – Sapa (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will start your trekking to Cat Cat village, an inhabited by the H’mong people, a French colonial area and a renowned resort for officials from the early 20th century. Visit the hydro-power station and the waterfall of Cat Cat village. Learn about the culture and customs of H’mong people including traditional crafts such as weaving, carved silver and hand-forged agricultural tools.
After that, you will leave Cat Cat village to the restaurant in Sapa town for having lunch, check in your hotel in Sapa, free time to relax.
In the afternoon: , you will explore the Ham Rong Mountain with unspoiled scenery and spectacular. At here, you can visit many kinds of colorful orchid garden from Indochina area. Passing two Heaven Gate, visitors will be arriving in the top of Ham Rong is called Pitch Cloud, and have panoramic view of Sapa, then going back to your hotel. You will have leisure time. Dinner is service at the restaurant. Free time to visit Sapa town in the evening. ( If you are lucky, you will meet love market is one of unique market of local people , it is only open on Saturday and Sunday night).
Day 03: Sapa – Than Uyen – Mu Cang Chai (B, L, D)
After breakfast at hotels in Sapa, start with the drive trip to Than Uyen, one of the districts in Lao Cai province in the North – West of Vietnam. Stop at Tram Ton Pass, known as “Heaven Gate”. Enjoy amazing landscapes of Fansinpan Mountain. Continue driving to Binh Lu. The driving path to Binh Lu Town is considered as the most wonderful path in Vietnam. You will visit many village of H’mong, Dao or Giay people along the way.
Lunch is served in a local restaurant. After lunch, take you to Mu Cang Chai, the mountainous district in Yen Bai Province. Overnight in home stay in Mu Cang Chai.
Day 4: Mu Cang Chai– Hua Khat (B, L, D)
After breakfast at the home stay in Mu Cang Chai. Start with driving journey to Pung Luong. Enjoy trekking tours from Pung Luong to Nam Khat Village of H’mong people in Mu Cang Chai.
Picnic lunch is served along trekking path. After lunch, you enjoy trekking to Hua Khat. Free to explore Hua Khat Village. Overnight in home stay in Hua Khat Village in Mu Cang Chai.
Day 5: Hua Khat – Tu Le (B, L, D)
After breakfast at home stay in village in Mu Cang Chai, start trekking to the main road. Transfer by road to Tu Le. You will enjoy stunning views of countryside and nature, visit local villages, experience daily life of hill tribe people in Mu Cang Chai. Lunch is served in a local restaurant along the way.
After lunch, driving to Tu Le. Upon arrive at Ma Village in Tu Le, enjoy hot spring bath. Overnight in home stay in Tu Le.
Day 6: Tu Le – Muong Lo – Yen Bai (B, L, D)
After breakfast at home stay, enjoy driving journey to Yen Bai. Enjoy stunning landscapes along the way. Stop at Muong Lo for lunch.
After lunch, take you to Yen Bai city. You will visit villages of Dao and Thai people living along the way. Overnight in hotels in Yen Bai City.
Day 7: Yen Bai – Duong Lam Ancient Village – Hanoi ( B, L)
After breakfast at hotels in Yen Bai City, transfer back to Hanoi by road, following small road which offers wonderful countryside and You will stop to visit Duong Lam. Have a lunch at the local restaurant. After having lunch, you will visit Dương Lam ancient village, the place so called “Hoi An of the Red River Delta” as still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. It will be your unique experience as you walk along tiny ancient alleys, visit Communal House in Mong Phu hamlet, then ransfering to your hotels in Hanoi city. End of tour.
