Tour Detail:

Day 1 : Ha Noi – Ba Be National Park (L,D)

7:30 – 8:00: Our tour guide and the van/ bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel, as an early start is necessary for all we have in store for you today. On the way to Ba Be National Park, we will stop in a local village to enjoy lunch at a restaurant, before our route takes us up through the mountains and tea plantations on the road to Ba Be. You will then travel to the Tay village of Coc Toc, where the houses are built in traditional Tay fashion on stilts. The local Tay population is extremely friendly to visitors and will welcome you with open arms, introducing you to their way of life central pillars of which are fishing on the lake and rice-farming. This is where you will spend the night in a homestay, to really get an intimate look at Tay culture and daily life. After checking in at the homestay, we will take you to Hua Ma Cave, featuring thousands of stalactites and stalagmites. The rest of the afternoon is then yours to do with as you please, though we suggest to take a walk or a bicycle around Coc Toc village, or go kayaking on the lake. Then going back homestay. Free time to relax.

You will enjoy delicious dinner cooked by local people in here, after that you will leisure to explore the village in the eveving. Sleep at the homestay.

Day 2: Ba Be Lake – Hanoi (B,L)

After breakfast we’ll kick the final day of the tour of by boarding a boat and setting off onto the lake. Bring your swinsuit and take a jump into the refreshing waters of the lake from the top of the boat! The views consist of stunning karst formations all around you covered with patches of wild vegetation and a rich wildlife. The boat will then continue along the Nang River, giving you a chance to explore Puong Grotto where you can marvel at the stalactites and stalagmites created through river erosion, as well as observe the thousand-strong bat colony that lives here.

After your exploration of the lake, you will have a chance to rest as we drive you back to Hanoi, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. You will stop for lunch at a local restaurant on the way before arriving in Hanoi at about 17:30, when it’s time to say your goodbyes to your guide, driver and group.7:30 – 8:30:

– Children under 4 years old are FOC, sharing a room with parent/s.

– Children from 4 to 6 years of age are charged 50%, sharing a room with parent/s.

– Children from 7 to 09 years of age are charged 80%, sharing a twin/ double room

– Children from 10 years old will be considered adult

– Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults are allowed for FOC

What need to bring:

– You should bring the most important things such as passport, comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, camera, small local money, a small day pack for hiking and trekking, an Umbrella or raincoat, medical masks, popular medicine such as Painkillers, Plasters, Diarrhoea tablets, Antiseptic, Fever reducer, Pain reliever, Cough suppressant…
