Tuyen ( Tony) is an experienced tourism strategist, destination planner, design tour, marketer and operational manager who has played a founder and leadership role in the successful development of Asian Discovery Travel. With his dream and ambissant with Tourism. He established TEAM Tourism Consulting in 2013. Since then, Tony with his team have made friend and worked with many different tour operator company and organized sucessfull for thousand group tours and private tours from budget to luxury in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Asia, Euro and from different country on all over the world and Tony and his team have provided and exceeding his travellers’ expectations with his services and tour experiences, which are proven by thousands traveller have done and satisfied with his services and tours through giving many good comments, reviews and ratings for him, there have been many returning travellers, recommending to use Asian Discovery Travel’s services and tours. There are alot of customers and partners who have become his close friends during the time work together with him and his team. Since 2003, Tony was a professional tour guide and tour design in Vietnam, Indochina, Asia and Euro, he has worked with many different tourism companies and serviced guide successful alot of verious traveller from different multiple country on all over the world.

Tony has worked in every aspect of founding and collection destination management and marketing, designing and organizing different tours. His projects for TEAM have included disigning and organizing different package tours, strategic and operational planning, master planning, marketing strategy and operations, visitor information strategy and operations, institutional development and business planning, digital strategy and development feasibility studies.
Tony has a BSc in Hanoi University Of Culture. He is a leadership of Love Travelling in Ninh Binh and a Fellow of the Hanoi Tourism Society.
