At 5:30 pm, our guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hue City center. We start the Hue Flavour Street Foot Tour on foot to taste all Hue specialties. Our first stop is the local shop to enjoy Bun Hen ( Hue mixed noodles with clams). As you know, Vietnamese have a good habit that they go to the market every morning to buy fresh ingredients to cook. So that’s why the food is delicious and very fresh. After that, we will go to a place where we will taste 3 kinds of cakes- Hue flavor food (You can only find them in Hue) these are Banh Beo, Banh Nam, and Banh Loc. Our local food expert will tell you the detailed ingredients as well as how to make and cook them. Next, we will walk to a very local place to enjoy Che Hue- Hue sweet soup- a mixture of beans; coconut meat; sugarcane juice; as well as bananas.
